The Challenge:
In traditional agricultural practices, maximizing crop yield while conserving water and fertilizer resources remains a significant challenge. To address this issue, the implementation of pressurized drip irrigation pipe production line systems has emerged as an effective water-saving and nutrient delivery technique.

Project Details:
Tianjin Huaxu Shengtai Technology Co., Ltd., a leading company specializing in intelligent agricultural manufacturing projects and drip irrigation equipment, aims to promote the application of their HX series drip irrigation pipe technology. By installing these advanced systems, farmers can achieve integrated water and fertilizer utilization, resulting in efficient crop cultivation.

Size:
Initially, the project will focus on implementing drip irrigation systems across 100 hectares of agricultural land. The success of this pilot phase will pave the way for larger-scale adoption in various farming regions.

Project Summary:
This project revolves around revolutionizing agricultural irrigation practices through the use of drip irrigation pipe technology. This technique involves pressurized water supply and controlled nutrient delivery directly to the plant roots, promoting water and fertilizer integration. By optimizing water usage and nutrient distribution, farmers can significantly increase crop yields while conserving valuable resources.

Project Services:
1. Drip Irrigation Pipe Installation: Connect support pipes and drip irrigation pipes at 30cm intervals, with one dripper per row. Perform pressure tests after connecting all pipes, ensuring an optimal pressure of 0.15MPa at the end of each drip line. Secure the pipes with soil to prevent displacement and maintain irrigation effectiveness.
2. Cultivation: Utilize the "hill-forming" method when the potato sprouts reach approximately 3cm below the top of the ridge. Use a cultivator equipped with a ridge-forming device to raise the soil by 2-3cm, forming a trapezoidal ridge with a height of 18-20cm from the sprout. This method increases soil exposure to sunlight and air, promoting seedling emergence.
3. Field Management: Implement irrigation practices according to the potato's growth stages, typically requiring 8-10 watering events from germination to harvest. Timely and adequate water supply during sprouting and tuber formation is crucial, while avoiding water shortage during tuber enlargement. Proper drainage is essential during rainy seasons, with watering ceasing 7-10 days before harvest. Soil moisture should be maintained at 60-80% throughout the entire growth cycle.

Harvest:
By implementing drip irrigation pipe systems, farmers can benefit from:
- Increased crop yields due to optimized water and nutrient delivery.
- Water conservation through reduced evaporation and runoff.
- Enhanced fertilizer efficiency by targeting nutrients precisely where needed.
- Improved soil health and reduced weed growth.
- Cost savings through reduced water and fertilizer usage.
