生产简介：镶嵌平滴灌灌溉管道生产线
核心组件1：滴水筛网装置
配备先进的滴灌输送与储存设备、自动滴灌筛、1500瓦筛网电机、气动离心筛分方式，滴灌速度超过每分钟2000件。
核心组件2：滴水输送机
该路径采用铝合金拉成型，确保滴头高速输送顺畅，便于更换磨损部件。
采用交流伺服电机，确保滴水器输送的稳定性。
装载装置由伺服系统控制，确保滴水器根据滴水管可变速度保持设定空间。
核心部件3：单螺丝挤出机
机头采用单层螺旋结构，内部压力均匀，可改善塑料流动性、产品光泽度及壁厚均匀性，适合高速生产薄壁管。
核心组件4：打孔和高清打孔视觉检测设备
全自动冲孔装置，最大冲压速度>2600枚/分钟;
配备先进的冲孔视觉检测设备，可自动检查冲击效果。及时发现偏差、未击中或无芯片的情况，及时向报警。
通过PLC控制屏幕实时跟踪和调整打孔状态。
核心部件5：双档绕组机
自动完成滴灌管的回卷、上带和切换，最大回卷速度可达400米/分钟。
选择进流伺服电机以确保绕组稳定性。
通过PLC人机接口控制作。
