Production Introduction: Inlaid Flat Dripper Drip Irrigation Pipe Production Line
Core Component 1: Dripper Screening Device
Equipped with advanced dripper conveying and storage device, automatic dripper screen, 1500w screening motor, pneumatic centrifugal screening method. It achieves a dripper screening rate exceeding 2000 pieces/min.

Core Component 2: Dripper Conveying
The conveying channel is manufactured from aluminum alloy via pultrusion, ensuring smooth and stable high-speed transport of drippers while enabling easy replacement of wear parts;
The drive system is equipped with an AC servo motor, guaranteeing stable and precise movement throughout the dripper conveying process;
The feeding device is controlled by a servo system, which allows real-time adjustment synchronized with the production speed of the drip irrigation pipe, ensuring that the dripper spacing consistently maintains the preset value.

Core Component 3: Single-Screw Extruder
The extruder head adopts a single-stage screw design, ensuring uniform internal pressure. This improves plastic flow, enhances product gloss, and optimizes wall thickness consistency, making it suitable for high-speed production of thin-walled pipes.

Core Component 4: Hauling and punching device and control system
Fully automatic perforation unit with a maximum punching speed of >2600 holes/minute.
Equipped with an advanced visual inspection system that automatically checks the perforation results. It promptly identifies deviations, missed punches, or absence of holes, and triggers an immediate alarm.
The punching status is monitored and adjusted in real-time via the PLC control screen.

Core Component 5: Double Position Automatic Winding Device
Automatically completes the winding, roll change, and switching operations of drip irrigation pipes, with a maximum winding speed of up to 400 m/min;
Equipped with imported AC servo motors to ensure stable winding process;
Equipment operation is controlled via a PLC human-machine interface.
